Peri Please
A project by Grace Norah
Trying to make sense of perimenopause?
Me too.
Welcome to Peri Please —
A cozy, honest space for women navigating the weird, wobbly, sometimes wonderful transition of perimenopause.
Writer, public health nerd, and your go-to gal pal for navigating the sneaky, sweaty, soul-stretching shift of perimenopause.
If you’re breaking out like it’s 1999, your body feels like it’s changing overnight (again), and you’re trying not to spiral into a Google hole at 2 a.m. — welcome. You’re in the right place.
Hi, I’m Grace —
Peri Please Explain
Your body isn’t broken — your hormones are just shifting. Here’s what’s actually going on.
Because no one handed you a manual, and searching “why am I angry at everyone” isn’t helping.
The Peri Prep
A step-by-step guide to building hormone resilience, improving energy, and feeling more like you.
Think of it like the CliffsNotes your teen self wished she had — but with fewer mood swings and way better snacks.
COMING SOON :)
Peri Please Emails
You didn’t miss the memo — there just wasn’t one. These emails are my way of writing it.
Part support group, part sleepover confessional — glitter nail polish highly encouraged, emotional breakdowns optional.
Hi, I’m Grace!
I created Peri Please because I was tired of late-night Googling and feeling like perimenopause snuck up on me with zero warning and way too much drama.
I couldn’t believe how little support women get when our bodies start changing — again.
I hold a Master’s in Public Health, a certification from the Institute for Menstrual Health, and a deep belief that women deserve better:
• better education
• more compassion
• far fewer moments of wondering if we’re losing our minds
I’m not here as the expert with all the answers — I’m here as the friend who will:
• tell you the truth
• laugh with you when nothing fits
• walk beside you while we figure this hormone thing out together.
Feeling foggy? Fluctuating? Frustrated?
Yeah… us too.
Join our circle of hormone-rattled, heart-filled, occasionally hangry women figuring this out together—with humor and a whole lot of heart.
