As a lifelong learner, I proudly completed my Women’s Hormone Health certification through the Institute of Menstrual Health in the summer of 2025.
This certification isn’t just a credential; it reflects my genuine commitment to understanding my clients’ work on a deeper level. Because to write content that truly connects, you have to speak the same language.
Whether you support women through cycle awareness, perimenopause, fertility, or hormonal balance, I’m here to help your message reach the people who need it most.
When I’m not supporting my wonderful clients, I’m soaking up everyday moments with my husband, Eric, and our boys, Gus and Cal — exploring new trails in the PNW, nurturing our garden, moving through slow yoga mornings, or sharing wine and laughter with loved ones on the porch.
